Product: perfect! It has a neutral smell and is perfectly malleable when following the instructions. The amount is great value for money as a little goes a long way (on quite a hairy person). 10/10
Packaging and delivery: dispatch was quick and I recieve the product in a few days. The box is so cute and makes for a great unboxing experience. 10/10
Customer service: could not fault it at all. Despite the very secure packaging, one jar did come cracked (these things happen) but they resolved the issue immediately and sent me a new one with no problems. Probably some of the most polite and professional communication I've received from a small business. 10/10
