Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns Window

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please contact us at support@sugarit.co.uk to issue your refund. Please provide the order/invoice number and receipt when requested for us to process the refund. 

Please bear in mind that any products have been used will not be eligible for a refund. Products that have been unused may be eligible. 

Return Shipping Fee

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sugar It cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

If the product was damaged or broken due to the fault of sugar it, we will refund the full amount to you in your original payment method. 

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

• Do not send items back without prior approval.
